We are looking for dedicated Youth Behaviour Mentors to support children and young people within SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school settings. This is a rewarding role for individuals who can build positive relationships, promote engagement, and help students overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND and SEMH needs
• Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Building trusted relationships with pupils who may struggle in traditional education settings
• Encouraging engagement in lessons and school activities
• Acting as a positive role model and mentor
• Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Experience supporting SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviour is highly desirable
• Confident, resilient, and able to build strong relationships
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
• Looking for a full-time, long-term opportunity
