I am working with the headteacher of a Primary School located in the WF17 area who are seeking a passionate teacher for a year 5 class. The position will initially be a temporary role, running from the start of the 2021-2022 Academic year, running until the Christmas holidays, with a view to potentially going full time in the new year with the right candidate. 

The school are looking for a teacher that is able to make an impact on the knowledge gap left behind by the COVID-19 Pandemic. They are looking for a teacher with a proven ability of raising attainment, or an NQT with the correct personality and skill set to make a difference.

To be successful in this role you must:  

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) NQTs will be considered. 
  • Have experience delivering the KS2 curriculum. 
  • Be enthusiastic and create exciting and engaging lessons.  
  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one. 
  • Be able to provide two up to date education references.
