Job Position: KS2 - Year 5 Teacher
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Pay Rate: Paid to Scale
Location: Warrington, WA1
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (with a Golden Handshake offer of £200 upon securing a permanent position)
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Year 5 Teacher to join an Ofsted “Outstanding” Primary School in the Warrington area. The school is guided by a strong set of values including respect, compassion, resilience, and ambition, fostering an inclusive and inspiring environment where pupils thrive. Situated just minutes from Warrington town centre, the school is easily accessible by public transport and local road links including the A49 and M62.
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the update service

A UK address and the legal right to work in the UK

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting pupils’ learning and development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents

High expectations of both behaviour and achievement, with a commitment to formative assessment and feedback

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
