Year 5 Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 practitioner looking for a part-time role within a supportive and welcoming school? Teaching Personnel is seeking an inspiring Year 5 Teacher on behalf of a 2-form primary school located in the M25 area. This role beginning in September, is part of a job-share arrangement, with the working days as Monday to Wednesday. This role is required for the full academic year.

The school is known for their strong community ethos, high-quality teaching, and positive relationships with pupils and families. With supportive leadership and excellent collaborative planning structures, this is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

The Role:

· Teach and support a Year 5 class alongside an established job-share partner

· Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

· Contribute to a strong, consistent approach to teaching and learning

· Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families

· Uphold the school’s values and commitment to pupil wellbeing

About You:

· A qualified teacher with QTS (Open to FQTs and/or ECTs)

· Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring children

· A strong team player with good communication skills

· Experienced in KS2

· Committed to supporting every child to reach their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
