Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Uxbridge for a passionate and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join their team from January 2026.

This is a full-time, permanent position, offering the opportunity to lead your own class with responsibility for all planning, preparation, and assessment.

The Role:

• Teach a Year 4 class full-time, Monday to Friday

• Take ownership of all lesson planning, preparation, and assessment

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners

• Support children’s academic progress and personal development

• Collaborate with colleagues, including SENCO and leadership team, to enhance pupil outcomes

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential

• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills

• Creative, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching

• Passionate about raising attainment and supporting all pupils
