Year 3 Teacher – Warrington (Full Time)

Teaching Personnel is helping a primary school in Warrington to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is set to begin in September 2026 and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive KS2 environment where collaboration and pupil progress are at the heart of everything they do.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering a broad and engaging curriculum, ensuring that all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential. The school is particularly keen to appoint someone who can bring creativity into the classroom while maintaining strong behaviour management and high expectations.

You will be working alongside an experienced parallel teacher and a strong leadership team who are committed to staff development. There is access to high-quality resources, planning support, and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
  • Assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where required
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

Requirements:

  • QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
  • Experience teaching within KS2 (Year 3 experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A commitment to raising standards and supporting all learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
