Key Stage 2 Teacher (Year 3) – Penketh
Full-Time Position - Temp to Perm - September Start
An exciting opportunity has come up for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Penketh. The school is looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and consistency to their lower Key Stage 2 class.
This role would suit a teacher who enjoys helping pupils transition from KS1 to KS2 and can support them in building confidence and independence in their learning.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
- Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development
- Maintaining a well-organised and purposeful classroom environment
- Contributing to planning, assessment, and school-wide initiatives
The school is seeking someone who:
- Is a qualified teacher with KS2 experience (Year 3 experience desirable)
- Has a good understanding of supporting mixed-ability learners
- Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
