I am currently working with the headteacher of a Primary School located in the WF5 area who are looking for a Maternity Cover Teacher for a year 3 class. The position will be a temporary role, running from the start of the September Term to the end of the Easter holidays, with a view to being extended to the end of the academic year.

The school are looking for a teacher that is able to inspire and create a sense of enjoyment within the classroom. The school has a heavy focus on community and togetherness, they are looking forward to getting back involved in charity efforts within the wider community area now the pandemic is easing.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience delivering the lower KS2 curriculum.
  • Be enthusiastic and create exciting and engaging lessons.
  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
  • Be able to provide two up to date education references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
