The Role

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Build pupils’ confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning.
• Develop positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.
• Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
• Be a proactive and committed member of the school community.
• Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
