The Role
As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can succeed.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Encourage curiosity, confidence, and enthusiasm for learning.
- Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Possess a secure understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Be passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners.
- Have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Be a proactive and positive contributor to the wider school community.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
