Teaching Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Sale to recruit a passionate Year 3 Teacher for a full-time role starting in September. The Role
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where required
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
- Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3
- A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent classroom management skills
- The ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
