Year 2 Teacher – Required for September 2023
An Ofsted rated ‘Good’ primary school, in Salford, is seeking a committed and passionate individual to join our school, as a full-time class teacher, from September 2023.
Join our dedicated and skilful staff to give the best opportunities to our upper key stage 1 children. As a Year 2 teacher, you will have a crucial role to play in the primary education of these children; consolidating all KS1 knowledge and readying the children for KS2. Experience in the year group is advantageous, but not necessary; we simply ask that our teachers require a growth mind-set, determination and adaptability.
We can offer you a supportive, friendly and progressive work environment. We are a diverse team, working with a diverse catchment area, where we welcome and support each individual – staff and children alike. As a staff, we set the example four our young people – we constantly strive for greatness to ensure every child is given the best possible education, no-matter their background, ability, gender, race or religion.
The school’s motto is ‘dream, believe, achieve together’ – can you be the next inspirational person to help nurture and educate at our school? Please get in touch if you feel that this could be for you.
We encourage newly qualified and experienced teachers to apply.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
