Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and creative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging a love for learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with other staff members to contribute to the development of the school curriculum.
• Uphold high standards of classroom management and behavior.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably Year 2.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
