We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Year 2 Classroom Teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across the full KS1 curriculum. • Delivering engaging, creative, and structured lessons across the Year 2 curriculum

• Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND, SEMH, and ASD

• Developing strong early literacy and numeracy skills

• Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive attitudes to learning

• Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate

• Location: Exeter, Devon

• Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – with excellent potential for a permanent role

• Pay: M1–M6 DOE (paid weekly)

Your Responsibilities:

• Teach a Year 2 class using well-planned, engaging, and inclusive lessons

• Assess pupil progress and differentiate effectively to meet individual needs

• Promote high standards of behaviour, effort, and achievement

• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

• Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children
