Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Monitor and assess pupil progress.

• Adapt teaching to meet individual needs.

• Promote strong reading, writing, phonics and mathematical skills.

Essential Requirements

• QTS.

• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly KS1.

• Excellent classroom management skills.

• High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.

• Commitment to inclusive practice.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Passion for helping children achieve their potential.

Salary & Development

Main/Upper Pay Scale, dependent on experience and qualifications, alongside ongoing professional development and opportunities to develop your career within a supportive teaching environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
