Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin your teaching journey this September?
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Blackpool to recruit a passionate Year 1 teacher for a full-time position starting September 2025.

About the Role:

You will be joining a vibrant and nurturing Key Stage 1 team, delivering engaging lessons to a class of eager Year 1 pupils. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to complete their induction in a setting that truly values creativity, curiosity, and the individual progress of each child.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds or is due to hold QTS by September 2025

• Is keen to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences

• Shows a strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics

• Has excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

• Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young children
