Year 6 Teacher (Part-Time) – Angmering
Start Date: May 2026
Contract Type: Part-time (via agency)
Salary: Paid to scale (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Angmering from May 2026. This is a part-time position offered through Teaching Personnel, with pay in line with the main teacher pay scale.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to a Year 6 class
  • Prepare pupils for end-of-year assessments (SATs) with confidence and care
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and SATs preparation
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
