Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with one of our welcoming mainstream primary schools in Bournemouth to recruit a dedicated Year 4 Teacher for a full-time position starting in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school with a positive learning environment, where you'll have the chance to inspire pupils at a key stage in their primary education. The school is seeking a confident and experienced teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain high expectations, and create a classroom where every child can succeed.

The Role:

  • Full-time Year 4 class teacher.
  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management.
  • Is passionate about raising standards and helping every child achieve their potential.
  • Is reliable, proactive and committed to making a positive impact from day one.
