Year 4 Teacher – September Start
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract Type: Full-Time
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Wolverhampton from September 2026.

The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils and promote strong academic progress. You will work collaboratively with parallel class teachers and a supportive leadership team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Creating an engaging and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress effectively
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Supporting the wider life of the school community
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
- Is passionate about raising standards and pupil achievement
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Works effectively as part of a team
