Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time (via Teaching Personnel)
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time Supply
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Worthing, West Sussex. This is a full-time supply role starting in September 2026, with the potential for extension.
This role would suit an experienced teacher or a confident Early Career Teacher who enjoys working in Lower Key Stage 2 and is committed to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that support pupils' academic and personal development.
The Role
- Full-time Year 3 class teacher responsibility
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with the KS2 team and wider school staff
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
