We are currently recruiting Welsh-speaking Primary NQTs for September 2026 opportunities across a network of Welsh-medium and bilingual primary schools throughout Swansea and Carmarthenshire.

Whether you're looking for a full-time teaching position, part-time work, day-to-day supply, or a long-term role that could lead to a permanent contract, we can help you find the right opportunity to begin your teaching career.

No experience beyond your university teaching placements is required.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you will:

  • Be completing or have recently completed a Primary PGCE
  • Be able to teach through the medium of Welsh
  • Be registered with, or eligible to register with, the Education Workforce Council (EWC) and DBS service
  • Have a positive and professional approach to teaching
  • Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Be willing to travel approximately 30 minutes for work to access a wider range of opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
