  • Confident communicators with natural classroom presence

  • Resilient, patient, and solution-focused professionals

  • Flexible team players who can adapt quickly

  • Reliable individuals who understand the importance of consistency

Driving Is Essential
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. School placements may change, and flexibility to travel at short notice is a key part of the role.

What You’ll Gain

  • Access to accredited training through Teaching Personnel’s CPD Academy

  • Competitive weekly pay based on experience and performance

  • Simple digital systems for timesheets and communication

  • Ongoing guidance from a dedicated consultant who understands the sector
