Location: Bridgend

Contract: Full-Time
Salary: From £89.38 per day

We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a welcoming and inclusive environment. This position requires no specific previous qualifications or expierience, stand out candidates will be proactive indiviuals with a can-do attitude. About the Role

As an unqualified Teaching Assistant you will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance to children aged 3–19 years with a range of needs, these may include any of the following:

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactvity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
  • Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

Your role will involve:
✅ Supporting individual learning plans
✅ Assisting with communication and sensory activities
✅ Encouraging independence and confidence
✅ Creating a safe, positive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience is a bonus!)

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
