Job Title: Tutors needed in Berkshire

Job Duties:
- Provide tailored tutoring sessions to SEN pupils in Maths, English, Science, and Humanities topics
- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with SEN pupils
- Strong knowledge of Maths, English, Science, and Humanities subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in tutoring or teaching roles
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of SEN teaching strategies
- Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive learning activities
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or Special Education
- Additional certifications in SEN teaching
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
- Work may involve evenings or weekends depending on student availability
- Tutoring sessions may take place in-person or online
- Ability to travel to student homes or designated tutoring locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
