Location: Norfolk and surrounding areas
Hours: School hours (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Flexible, Part-time

TP Tutors is seeking fully qualified teachers to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary pupils across Norfolk. Tuition sessions take place during school hours and are delivered either in the pupil's home or within a school setting, depending on the learner's individual needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people who require additional educational support, helping them build confidence, overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
The Role
As a 1:1 Tutor, you will:
- Deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to each pupil's individual learning needs.
- Teach Primary and/or Secondary pupils in line with the UK National Curriculum.
- Support pupils who may have SEND, SEMH needs, medical needs, or who are unable to attend mainstream education.
- Plan and deliver effective lessons that promote academic progress and confidence.
- Monitor pupil progress and complete session reports after each lesson.
- Work collaboratively with Local Authorities, schools, parents and carers to achieve positive educational outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification is essential.
- Teaching experience delivering the UK National Curriculum.
- Experience teaching Primary, Secondary, or both.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, adaptable and child-centred approach to teaching.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to travel between tuition locations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
