Job Title: 1:1 Tutor – Loughborough Area
We are currently recruiting dedicated and passionate tutors to deliver 1:1 tuition to students in the Loughborough area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners on an individual basis and make a meaningful impact on their academic progress and confidence.
Role Overview:
As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work with students who require additional support outside of a mainstream classroom setting. This may include learners with SEND, those who are currently out of education, or students needing extra academic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored, engaging 1:1 tutoring sessions

Plan lessons in line with the student’s needs and curriculum requirements
-
Track and report on student progress
-
Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles
-
Build positive relationships to support student engagement and development
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with young people
-
Strong subject knowledge (Primary and/or Secondary level)
-
Experience supporting SEND students is desirable
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
-
Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
