Are you looking to start an exciting career in education?

Teaching Personnel are proud to be working with a lovely school a half hour drive from Crawley that cater for primary and secondary pupils with autism and associated challenging behaviour. The school are currently looking for trainee tutors who have some experience working with special needs and are looking to progress in a rewarding role in education. Day to day, you will be working 1:1 with pupils helping them engage in learning and promoting self-esteem and confidence.

The school requires someone who can work on their own initiative and communicate effectively with the pupils and other members of staff, contributing to working effectively as part of the team. If you are an enthusiastic, highly motivated a flexible individual with transferable skills from previous roles, such as care work, support work, mentoring, teaching, sports coaching – Please apply now!

Requirements

  • DBS on the update service or willing to apply
  • Able to commit to relevant training
  • Available 38.25 hours per week
  • GCSE’S in Maths and English
  • Driving license and car is essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
