The Role
You’ll play a vital part in supporting pupils with complex academic, emotional, and behavioural needs by:

Supporting tailored learning and behaviour strategies

Assisting with literacy, numeracy, and classroom activities

Managing challenging behaviour with clear boundaries and calm communication

Helping create a safe, structured, and purposeful learning environment
-
Acting as a consistent, positive role model
This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who bring energy, empathy, and strong classroom presence.

Essential Requirement:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are mandatory, as placements may vary and travel between schools is often required at short notice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
