Job Title: Teaching Assistants & Cover Supervisors – Primary & Secondary Schools (Blackpool & Fylde Coast)
Location: Blackpool and the Fylde Coast
Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (September Start)
Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast as:

General Classroom Teaching Assistants
-
SEN Teaching Assistants (1:1 and support in provisions)
-
Behaviour Buddy Support Staff
-
Cover Supervisors
We have full-time and part-time roles starting in September, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the classroom.

Ideal Candidates Will:

Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development

Be enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to contribute to school life

Be confident in managing behaviour and building relationships with students

Have experience in education or working with young people (preferred but not essential)
-
Be open to working in a variety of roles including 1:1 support, group work, and general classroom assistance
Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, a recent graduate, or exploring a new career in education, Teaching Personnel can support your journey into the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
