  • Have a flexible, trauma-informed approach to supporting young people.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a positive attitude, resilience, and a good sense of humour.

Applications are encouraged from:

  • Teaching Assistants with primary or secondary school experience.
  • Graduates considering a future career in teaching and looking to gain valuable school-based experience before undertaking a PGCE.
  • Individuals with qualifications or experience in Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, Social Care, or related fields.

Professional Development

The school is committed to supporting staff development and offers a range of training opportunities. Additional professional development will be available in areas of interest, and support can be provided for candidates willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning if not already held.

  • Outstanding facilities and specialist inclusion provision.
