Teaching Assistant – Luton
 Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
  Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
  Contract: Full-time / Term-time only / Temporary to permanent
  CPD Training Available
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school team in Luton.
 The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to support pupils’ learning and development, ensuring that every child feels valued and able to reach their full potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and eager to grow their skills through ongoing CPD and professional training.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. 
- 
Work with individuals or small groups to support learning and progress. 
- 
Help prepare classroom materials and learning resources. 
- 
Encourage positive behaviour and participation in class activities. 
- 
Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development. 
- 
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment. 
Experience and Qualifications
- 
Experience: Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is desirable. 
- 
Qualification: A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential. 
- 
Skills: Enthusiastic, reliable, patient, and committed to helping pupils succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
