Teaching Assistant

Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join an enthusiastic team of professionals in October and work in partnership with our existing staff.

Applicants should have a good level of Maths and English, some experience of working with children and supporting those with cognition and learning needs. Experience of how to develop self-esteem, independence and strategies to support these special educational needs would be an advantage.

You will be working with a child 1:1, in small groups or in the classroom helping the teacher.
