Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to the teacher and assist with the delivery of engaging lessons.

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need additional support.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a respectful, encouraging atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children is essential (in a school, nursery, youth group, or similar setting).

• A calm, nurturing, and adaptable approach.

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.

• A genuine passion for helping children succeed.

Desirable:

• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
