Teaching Personnel is looking for flexible, proactive Teaching Assistants to support a range of friendly and well-regarded primary schools in the Wimborne area. This role is perfect for someone who is happy to begin with day-to-day supply, while keeping an eye out for longer-term roles as they arise.

Our partner schools often seek both general classroom support and 1:1 assistance, giving you a broad range of opportunities to find a role that suits your strengths.

The role:

• General classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Opportunities for 1:1 support with pupils who require additional help
• Supporting learning activities, behaviour management and daily routines
• Starting with day-to-day and short-term work
• Potential to move into longer-term roles
• Ideally able to drive to access a wider range of schools in surrounding areas

We are looking for someone who:

• Is flexible and confident working in different school environments
• Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting teachers
• Can adapt quickly to new routines and expectations
• Is happy to travel around Wimborne and nearby areas for more placements
• Has a patient, caring and positive approach
• Ultimately wants to secure a longer-term or ongoing position

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
