Your Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupil progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive, patient, and adaptable approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
