A brand-new, purpose-built special academy for learners aged 4–19, and we are seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our pupils to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically in a supportive, therapeutic, and structured learning environment.
What You’ll Do:

Support pupils with complex needs across a variety of ages and stages

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff

Help pupils regulate their emotions, build confidence, and access the curriculum
-
Assist with communication, sensory integration, and transitions
-
Take part in enrichment, play, therapeutic, and life skills sessions

Provide a calm, consistent and nurturing presence throughout the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
