Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking a Teaching Assistant to support in an SEMH school. The school supports children who have social, emotional and mental health needs. 

We are looking for someone who is patient and nurturing in their approach and who is also resilient and able to deal with challenging/aggressive behaviour whilst helping the children learn to regulate their feelings and emotions.

We are interested in hearing from people with a wide range of backgrounds including but not limited to:

• Qualified Teaching Assistants/LSA's
• Graduates looking for teaching experience
• Support workers
• Carers
• Youth workers
• Childminders

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
