Teaching Assistant

1:1 Teaching Assistants – Primary Schools
Location: Lymington and New Forest

At Teaching Personnel, we’re looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils in welcoming primary schools across New forest. In this role, you will provide dedicated 1:1 SEN support, helping pupils feel confident, included and supported in their daily learning.

The Role

• Location: Primary schools across Lymington and new forest
• Pay: £13.75 per hour
• Contract: Full-time
• Start date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities available
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning support

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of two years’ employment history
• Experience in education or working with children is desirable (but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A Child DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
