Key duties include:

  • Working one-to-one and in small groups with students who need extra support
  • Assisting with lessons, particularly in reading, writing, and basic maths
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping manage classroom dynamics
  • Supporting the overall wellbeing and inclusion of all pupils
  • Liaising with staff to monitor progress and adapt support where needed

Who This Role Would Suit

You don’t need formal qualifications to apply. Instead, we’re interested in people who bring the right attitude, energy, and commitment.

You might be a great fit if you are:

  • Dependable and able to stay composed in a busy environment
  • Confident when working with young people from different backgrounds
  • A clear and positive communicator
  • Flexible and open to working in a variety of school settings
  • Passionate about making a meaningful difference in education

Experience in areas such as coaching, support work, childcare, or mentoring is helpful—but not essential.

What’s on Offer

  • Ongoing training to help you build skills and confidence
  • Opportunity to join a guaranteed pay scheme (subject to eligibility)
  • Weekly pay with the potential for additional earnings based on travel or extended hours
  • Simple digital systems for managing bookings and submitting timesheets
  • A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your journey

Important Requirement

Due to the nature of the role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as you may be required to travel between different school sites.
