Teaching Assistant – Darwen Summer Term | £13.75–£15.00 per hour | Mainstream Primary School

A welcoming mainstream primary school in Darwen is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team for the Summer Term. This position is primarily a general classroom support role, with additional responsibilities working alongside the SENCO to help meet the needs of pupils with SEND.

About the Role

• Provide general classroom support across lessons

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities

• Support pupils with SEND under the guidance of the SENCO

• Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of learning materials, and behaviour support

• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
