Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistants Required – Ringwood – September Start
Teaching Personnel are proud to be supporting a specialist SEN school in Ringwood, currently recruiting for several experienced Teaching Assistants to join their team in September.
The school caters for pupils aged 5–16 with a range of needs including Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). The ideal candidates will have previous experience supporting children with SEN, and a strong understanding of how to provide tailored, nurturing support in a school setting.
Role Details:

Full-time, term-time position starting September 2025

Working closely with teachers to support individual and group learning
-
Promoting emotional wellbeing, communication, and independence
-
Following EHCPs and behaviour support plans
Requirements:
-
Experience working in SEN or inclusive education
-
Calm, patient, and consistent approach to behaviour and learning support

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Availability for full-time, ongoing work from September

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
