The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Create a calm, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment
- Support students of all abilities, including those with SEND
- Assess progress and provide effective feedback to drive attainment
- Encourage a love of reading, writing and communication
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and pastoral teams to support student wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching English at secondary level
- Can engage and motivate learners across KS3 and KS4
- Maintains high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Is passionate about supporting young people to succeed
