Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a high‑performing secondary school in Basingstoke, Hampshire to recruit a passionate and ambitious Art Teacher to start as soon as possible.

The Role

As an Art Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high‑quality, engaging Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Contribute to a knowledge‑rich, skills‑focused curriculum
• Inspire creativity, resilience, and independent thinking in students
• Support learners of all abilities to reach their full potential
• Promote high standards in both practical and theoretical work
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and motivated team

You will play a key role in nurturing students’ cultural understanding of Art while helping them achieve excellent academic and personal outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

• Are qualified Art Teachers (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
• Have strong subject knowledge and high expectations for all learners
• Are passionate about creativity, student engagement, and inclusive teaching
• Are confident supporting students of varying abilities and starting points

Experience with multimedia, mixed media, or graphics is advantageous but not essential.
