Secondary schools in Salisbury are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to provide ad-hoc and short-term cover across a range of mainstream settings.

The Role:
Successful candidates will:

Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment.

Ensure students remain engaged and on task.

Follow each school’s policies and procedures.

Provide clear handover notes at the end of the day.
Work is available on a day-to-day, short-term, and occasional longer-term basis across secondary schools in Salisbury and the surrounding areas.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS/QTLS (for teaching roles) or have relevant classroom experience (for cover supervisor roles).

Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
-
Be adaptable, professional, and confident working in new environments.

Have a genuine passion for supporting young people in their education.

Be reliable and punctual.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
