As a day to day Primary Supply Teacher, you will step into diverse classroom environments to deliver pre set lesson plans, ensuring continuity of education without the demands of planning or marking. You will manage classroom dynamics effectively, foster positive relationships, and adapt quickly to the needs of different year groups across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre planned resources provided by the school

• Maintain positive behaviour management and a safe, respectful learning environment

• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse primary pupils

• Complete day to day feedback for class teachers and carry out core classroom duties

• Represent Teaching Personnel with professionalism and high educational values

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
