Are you a newly qualified or experienced PE teacher looking for your next teaching position in one of our welcoming secondary schools? Teaching Personnel have an outstanding school looking for a female teacher of physical education to start with them this January. Our highly rated school holds state-of-the art facilities, as well an excellent staffing support system.

Sports graduates, or previous sporting coacher would be a perfect fit for this role. A passion for working with children and developing their knowledge on the importance of PE is the candidate we are looking for. You will be required to teach at KS3 and KS4 level and may be required to cover lessons, as well as keeping up to date with the national curriculum.

Our North Manchester school is widely accessible by all transport and has main bus routes running close by along with on-site staff parking. It is situated in the heart of Oldham, and would be ideal for anyone living in surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create fun, yet informative lesson plans that all students can participate in
  • Monitor student behaviour
  • Identify under achieving students and adapt lessons to their ability
  • Pay will be dependent upon a pay scale ranging between MPS1 – MPS6 (New pay scales will be adhered to)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
