Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects, ensuring continuity in students' learning.

• Follow lesson plans and school policies while maintaining a high standard of teaching and classroom management.

• Adapt lessons as necessary to meet the needs of students and provide a positive, safe learning environment.

• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a productive and respectful atmosphere.

• Provide feedback to school staff on student progress and any issues encountered during lessons.

• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents in each school you work with.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching in a secondary school environment.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of various ages and abilities.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings and with different groups of students.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff.

• A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
