KS2 Supply Teacher – Ushaw Moor Area
Start Date: ASAP | Summer Term & Likely September Opportunities
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable KS2 Supply Teachers to work in primary schools across the Ushaw Moor area. Roles are available immediately for the Summer Term, with a strong likelihood of ongoing and September placements for the right candidates.
Job Description
As a KS2 Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations
- Assess and support pupils’ learning during your placement
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
Key Requirements
We are looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Are flexible, reliable, and confident working in different schools
- Have (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
