Supply Teachers Required ASAP

Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £140-£240 (role dependant)
Contract: Flexible, Day-to-Day Supply, Long-Term Supply

Are you an experienced or newly qualified supply teacher seeking variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference? We are looking for numerous supply teachers to join our team and support a wide range of Good and Outstanding schools across Farnham (and surrounding areas). As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach your specialist subject where possible, provide high‑quality general cover, and gain exposure to diverse school environments. This role is ideal for a supply teacher who enjoys working with different year groups, thrives on new challenges, and values a healthy work–life balance. Whether you’re looking for immediate work or planning a September start, this is a perfect time to become a valued supply teacher within our partner schools.


About the Role

As a supply teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects.
  • Teach your specialist subject where possible, alongside general classroom cover.
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
  • Access opportunities for both immediate work and September starts for teachers planning to hand in their resignation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a range of classroom settings.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A subject specialism is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
