Full-Time & Supply Opportunities | Primary | September 2026
Teaching Personnel are working with a number of primary schools across Cardiff who are looking for teachers to support their classes throughout the academic year.
There are opportunities across Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2, with positions ranging from day-to-day supply through to longer-term placements.

- Qualified with QTS
- Confident managing a primary classroom
- Able to plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Comfortable adapting their teaching to different learners
- Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- Looking to build experience across different Cardiff schools
Depending on the role, you could be responsible for:
- Taking full responsibility for a class
- Planning and delivering lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress
- Differentiating learning to meet individual needs
- Working alongside Teaching Assistants and other support staff
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and parents
- Contributing to wider school activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
