Day-to-Day Supply Teacher – Blackpool & Fylde Coast

Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing
Pay: Competitive daily rates dependent on experience
Location: Blackpool & Fylde Coast
Contract: Flexible, day-to-day supply

Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate, adaptable and reliable Primary and Secondary Teachers to join our day-to-day supply team across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to experience different school settings.

Whether you are an ECT looking to build confidence and classroom experience, or an experienced teacher seeking a better work‑life balance, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Delivering pre‑planned lessons across a range of year groups and subjects
  • Managing the classroom and ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Adapting confidently to different school settings, routines and policies
  • Maintaining strong behaviour management and professional standards
  • Providing continuity of learning during staff absences

What We’re Looking For

  • QTS or QTLS (ECTs welcome)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to commute to schools across Blackpool, Poulton, Thornton, Lytham, St Annes, and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
