SPORTS TEACHING ASSISTANT NEEDED

We are seeking an enthusiastic sports teaching assistant to start in September. As a sports teaching assistant you will be working within the class to support the class teacher, you will also be working alongside a team of support staff, and you will be working on a 1-1 basis with SEN and SEMH students. You will also be required to assist the school with any of its Sports based activities. The school is based in the Reading area of Berkshire and is both easily accessible via public transport or car.

You do not need to have had previous experience to apply for this role, but experience working with children in a nursery setting or as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be advantageous. Teaching Personnel have full and part time work available and the placements in schools can be short term or long term. There is also the potential to go temp to perm at your favourite schools!

The shifts will usually be Monday- Friday Time: 08:30-15:30. The ideal candidates will have lots of patience, be proactive, engaging and have positive persona!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
